SDA: Service Dogs
of America
Sequoyah K9 will be hosting a SDA
trial in the Spring of 2017.
The trial will be held in Soddy
Daisy, TN Everyone is welcome to come by, grab
a bite to eat, visit, and cheer on
your favorite dog and handler.
It should be a great turnout and we
are all looking forward to seeing
you there! As more information
becomes available, we will post it here.

Post CLOSING DATE REGISTRATIONS:
Post closing registrations will be accepted up to
the day of the trial for at an additional $5.00 via
this website.

DAY OF TRIAL REGISTRATIONS: Entries will be accepted up
to 9:00 am on day of trial if there is
space available, however, there will be
a $20 convenience fee added for any
entry submitted after the closing date.
Entries will be limited.
STEP 1:
If your dog
has never been registered with
the SDA there is a one-time
$25.00 registration fee for your dog.
Feel free to use
the section below to pay for
his/her registry. We will
have to get more information
to complete his/her
registration but that can be
done the day of the trial or
you can contact Tom Cawood
directly to complete
registration. If your
dog has already been registered with SDA, go
to Step 2

in information on the first
dog and then click on "Add
to Cart". Then you can
put in the information on
the next dog (or additional
titles/dates for the first dog).
After last dog is entered,
you can check out by
clicking on "View Cart".
